AB1103 – California Assembly Bill 1103 (AB1103)

California Assembly Bill 1103 (AB1103) was enacted in October 2007 and mandates that commercial buildings receive an energy rating for the previous 12 months when the building is sold, refinanced or leased entirely. As a result, prospective buyers of commercial buildings will be able to view the energy efficiency of buildings along with other financial data and transactional disclosures prior to purchase. TRS Foam is pleased to have formed a partnership with Partner Energy to conduct energy audits.

California Assembly Bill 32 (AB32) – the California Global Warming Solutions Act, was signed into law in 2006 to reduce greenhouse gas emissions in the state. TRS Foam has fully embraced one of California’s CO2 Emission Reduction Strategies by partnering with solar roofing companies.
